Pop of Neon

Neon is pretty traffic-stopping, isn't it? (Ba doom tiss) Get it? Because crossing guards wear neon? Huh? Huh? 
Moving right along...I seriously am in love with neon for this season. Now please, folks. Don't go out and wear head-to-toe electric green. Think of the dogs and babies you will terrify. But DO inject your everyday outfits with a little hint of a bright color. You'll be having a little spring in your step.
